I went to school to learn about business and how to be a good leader. I got my college degree from Cal State Fullerton and then earned my MBA from Azusa Pacific University. Right now, I’m working on my doctorate in leadership at the University of Massachusetts Global. In school, I learned about things like teamwork, finance, planning, marketing, management, and how to make good choices. Learning all this has helped me become a better leader who cares about people and wants to make the world a better place.
Leadership Journey & Goals
I started a company called American Advocacy Group to help families with kids who have disabilities. For over 10 years, I’ve worked hard to make sure they get the support they need. I like helping people and making sure everyone on my team feels important and trusted. I try to be kind, honest, and fair every day. My goal is to keep growing as a leader and build teams that work together with love and respect. I hope to leave something good behind by helping others and making a difference in people’s lives.
